Who we are and who controls your data

The website amshalem.solutions (the “Site”) is operated by Yuval Amshalem (“we” / “the controller”). The controller, and the contact point for any privacy matter, are:

1. What information we collect, and how

Through the contact form we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, your email address, optionally your phone number and company, and the free-text message you write. We do not collect sensitive data, and we recommend you do not include unnecessary sensitive details in your message.

2. Purpose of collection and use

The data is collected and used for one purpose only: to contact you, respond to your enquiry, and assess a possible fit for consulting and automation services. We will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Is providing the data mandatory?

Providing the data is entirely voluntary — you are not legally required to provide it. However, without the contact details you provide, we will be unable to get back to you or handle your enquiry.

4. To whom the data is transferred, and for what purpose

We do not sell your data and do not transfer it to third parties for marketing. To operate the Site and handle your enquiry, we use service providers that act on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • Make.com — form and automation infrastructure that delivers your enquiry.
  • Google / Gmail — the email service through which we receive and reply to your message.
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure for the Site.

These providers may access the data only to the extent needed to deliver the service and may not use it independently. Some may store data on servers outside Israel; by submitting the form you also consent to such transfer for the sole purpose of delivering the service.

5. Your rights of access and correction

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to inspect the data we hold about you (section 13) and, if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, to request its correction or deletion (section 14). To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your enquiry, contact us using the details above.

6. Data retention

We retain the data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and document our correspondence, and no longer than required by law. At the end of that period, or upon your request, we will delete it or render it non-identifiable.

7. Data security

We take reasonable and accepted measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure, including limiting access and using secure service providers. We cannot, however, guarantee absolute protection against every risk.

8. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not use tracking cookies for advertising or profiling, and does not collect information about your browsing for marketing purposes. It may use only essential technical storage strictly required for the Site to function.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page together with the date of update.

10. Privacy contact

For any privacy question or request regarding your data, contact us using the details above.
