Tenants messaged WhatsApp around the clock. The rep read every message, asked questions, got answers, then contacted the supplier. Half an hour of ping-pong per request. Things fell through. Tenants got angry.

After

I built a bot that takes every request, asks the tenant all the questions, and hands the rep a clean file. The rep handles it without asking a single question.

Response time dropped from 30–90 minutes to 5 seconds. Every request tracked. Nothing gets missed.

After every building tour, the CEO came back with a head full of details and a phone full of photos. Sat down. Wrote alone — system conditions, defects, common areas. Matched photos manually to the report. 2–5 hours. Every visit.

After

I built a form system for building inspections. You fill a structured form on a tablet during the tour — conditions, defects, photos, signature. The moment you submit, the system generates a report and sends it automatically.

2–5 hours of report writing eliminated. The CEO walks out of the building with the report already done.
